Ayurveda and Yoga & Yoga Meditation

Transforming a virtual force to
the spiritual level

Ayurveda and Yoga

Ayurveda and Yoga are inseparable sister sciences. In an actual sense both are correlated with a sense that Ayurveda is the science and skill and yoga is the pattern of that skill. Ayurveda and yoga originate from the knowledge of Vedic. As far as its origination concern, Ayurveda originates from Atharva Veda and Rig Veda and Yoga originates from Yajur Veda.

Ayurveda and yoga both based upon the same principles, like on the principles of Panchamahabuthas and Trigunas. Both Ayurveda and Yoga sciences have the same character and number of branches like Asthanga Ayurveda and Ashtanga Yoga. Both of the sciences treat the body in the same way during the operation of treatment or healing like how the body works (humor-tissue-waste material theory) and the effect of medicaments and food on the body (taste-energy-post digestive effect concept) and stick to the same character of metaphysical physiology as well as form.

Why yoga, meditation important in life:

Yoga involved the exercise of meditation, which is an accurate practice for resting the mind and physical structure and helpful in achieving a certain degree of cognizance that is totally different from the waking state that happen commonly.

In yoga, meditation, your mind is in completely relaxed state and your brain is in inwardly focused stage. Means when you are undergoing the procedure of meditation your mind is unable to concentrate on the surrounding things or events although you are fully alert and awake. Due to this, inward focusing your mind rest in the silent mode and experience light and try free.

Meditation is very important in everyone life and it provides the following benefits in the life of yoga practitioners, keep your mind stress free, reduce the process of aging, increase your level of paying attention, improve the normal thinking process and function of brain, increase body immunity and provides help against diseases, improve the rate of metabolism and provide help in weight loss, makes you and those around you happier, improve the relationship with others.
