We will talk to you about Pachakarma, which means “Five” and “Action”. Basically, it is a 5-day cleansing and rejuvenation process that allows you to clean up your body from years of abuse, environmental toxins, and stress. You can look forward to being happier and healthier by the time you are done with your cleanse.
