She is an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and a 200-RYT and is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She has studied Ayurveda at California College of Ayurveda 2016-2017. Completed her Ayurveda and Gynecology/Obstetrics/Menopause with Dr Amruta Athale based in Pune India, Ayurveda to be able to help women in her community. Currently Dilek studying with Karta Purkh Singh Khalsa, A.D., Yogaraj (Ayurveda), D.N.-C, R.H., LMT, NCTMB, CC, NAMAPM who has over 40 years of experience. Dilek will be finishing to be a Board Certified Professional Herbalist.
Also, She has been attending workshops and seminars about this to continue her studies.

D ilek likes to think of herself as a sponge when it comes to learning. She is currently enrolled in a professional herbalist program at International Integrative Education Institute, where she is learning a unique approach to herbal medicine which integrates plants and diagnostic tools from the three major healing traditions of the world.
She has been also studying with an array of great gurus, including Dr. Monica “Manjulali Dasi, Atul Krishna, Dr. Sahana Kedlaya, Dr. Aparna Dandekar, and Dr. Kirti Pingle, Vaidya Mishra.
She is under training in disease management and pathology, which allows her to practice preventative healthcare and promote good health with diet and lifestyle changes. She is a registered yoga instructor, a professional dancer in Middle Easter Dance, and has obtained an array of awards throughout her career.
Today, she is based in San Diego. While Dilek ails from Istanbul, she is pleased to be in sunny California now, where she can share her meditative mind and positive soul with others. She stays highly motivated regardless of what obstacles stand in front of her and that’s what many people notice about her when they meet Dilek for the first time. She is an eternal optimist.
At Warrior Goddess Ayurveda, Dilek offers many classes and workshops, ayurvedic consultations, and more. She has integrated art and yoga therapy into her dance programs and continues to offer more services as she learns about what her clients need. Some of the new services she has begun to offer include cooking workshops as well as one on one sessions.
Dilek is passionate about all that she does. She loves learning and she loves helping people. She has been in touch with people in the holistic lifestyle for many years now and is pleased to offer more services and touch the lives of more individuals.

I am pursuing my Ayurveda Wellness Practitioner program in 2016. I currently carry Ayurveda Wellness Counselor certification, and going for Pulse and Marma program with Vaidya Mishra while I will continue with my Ayurveda education.

My non Ayurveda Education is quite long actually. I have BA from University of Marmara, Istanbul with Magna Cum Laude.
MBA in Financial Management, and MSCS – Master’s of Science, Computer Science from National University, San Diego.
I have worked as an accountant in few different firms, before I switched to Test Engineering, and then to Software Quality Assurance Engineering.
I also have long successful history of Middle Eastern Dance, and adult ballet training.
Yoga has been one of my passion, and I integrated yoga to my dance training to prevent injuries, longevity of my dance career, strength and toning of muscle groups separately and together. Now I teach yoga warm ups for dancers in my classes.
